Returns & Exchanges

At Daisy Street, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn items back into their original packaging and include the completed dispatch note inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid returns label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
